About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage assigned customer relationships through onboarding, installation, post-sales involvement, account reviews, retention, and service upgrades.
  • Promote Blue Stream products, including video, high-speed Internet, and voice.
  • Provide ongoing sales support to assigned business customers and act as a trusted customer advocate.
  • Coordinate with account staff on kick-off meetings, project updates, customer activations, testing, and service turn-up.
  • Manage order entry and customer accounts from post-sale through installation.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and general customer service needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on customer relationships, referrals, upselling, and prospect opportunities.
  • Manage multiple clients concurrently and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Hold customer meetings and communicate needs and requests to appropriate departments.
  • Conduct proactive account reviews and customer-satisfaction touchpoints; develop improvement plans with management.
  • Support customer operations in complex situations.
  • Interface with Project Management on new-build projects and report on internal service levels and project status.
  • Develop and maintain long-term account relationships, retain customers, and optimize revenue through customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Proficient in I-COMS billing system is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as salesforce.com, Zoho, HubSpot and other comparable tools.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language. Bilingual in any language is a plus.
  • Able to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Cable or telecommunications background preferred.
