About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end architecture design for large-scale enterprise implementations
Define solution strategies aligned with customer business objectives and technology roadmaps
Ensure solution scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Design and implement enterprise architectures, system integrations, autonomous workflows, APIs, data pipelines, and secure scalable platforms
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, business leaders, technical teams, and internal stakeholders
Facilitate architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution reviews
Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures
Present recommendations, roadmaps, and architectural decisions to executive audiences
Define integration architectures across Blue Yonder applications and third-party systems
Design data flows, API strategies, and interoperability frameworks
Guide cloud-native and SaaS implementation approaches
Ensure integration across planning, execution, and data platform capabilities
Drive adoption of AI/ML-driven supply chain solutions
Partner with product and engineering teams on emerging technologies
Evaluate new capabilities and develop scalable architecture patterns
Provide architecture oversight throughout the project lifecycle
Mitigate technical risks and resolve complex solution challenges
Mentor consultants, architects, and implementation teams
Contribute reusable assets, methodologies, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, consulting, software implementation, or enterprise applications
Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise software solutions
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration architectures
Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
Experience working within cross-functional global teams
Experience with Blue Yonder solutions and supply chain technologies preferred
Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, or Fulfillment preferred
Experience with AI/ML-enabled business applications preferred
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF preferred
Cloud certifications including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred
Experience supporting global implementation programs and digital transformations preferred
