About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for customers.
  • Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions aligned with customer requirements and business processes.
  • Lead technical and integration design, including construct and validation tasks and timelines.
  • Lead integration design with automation vendors.
  • Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases.
  • Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure time to value and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess needs outside the standard solution or scope, including integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
  • Recognize incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects.
  • Identify product issues, analyze root causes, provide workarounds, and provide input to the product team.
  • Communicate business cases regarding customer-specific product functionality and enhancements.
  • Act as technical liaison among customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical/Business Consultants, and third-party consultants.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions, either as a customer or implementation consultant.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end WMS implementations, from solution design and blueprinting through deployment and transition to support.
  • Experience across multiple customers, industries, and warehouse environments.
  • Experience with ERP/host system integrations to Blue Yonder WMS.
  • Experience using and testing APIs.
  • Experience working with Blue Yonder Native SaaS WMS solutions.
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL, MOCA, and cloud-based SaaS solutions on Azure.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
  • Travel is expected within the US at 50% - 75%.
