About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own operational excellence across the entire client delivery organization
Ensure client delivery is on time and meets the highest standard
Build operating rhythms that identify delivery risks proactively
Drive accountability across project management, account management, creative, media buying, influencer operations, and cross-functional delivery teams
Design and continuously improve the company operating system
Build scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and operating cadences
Leverage AI, automation, and technology to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency
Standardize processes and remove operational bottlenecks
Establish clear KPIs, ownership, and performance visibility across departments
Lead Finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing, collections, reporting, and financial controls
Improve operational planning and resource allocation
Lead Talent & People operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and people operations
Lead weekly business reviews and operational planning
Drive company-wide initiatives from planning through execution
Hold teams accountable to commitments, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
Create visibility into company performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner on execution and operational scaling
Build systems that reduce founder dependency and enable predictable operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company
Experience leading multiple business functions simultaneously, including client operations, finance, and people operations
Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth
Strong understanding of operational systems, financial management, organizational design, and performance management
Proven ability to build scalable processes that improve execution
Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance client outcomes with operational efficiency
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Highly analytical with a bias toward action and ownership
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and constant change
Experience scaling organizations from approximately 100 employees to 300+ employees
Experience leading operations in an agency, professional services business, SaaS company, or high-growth startup
Experience in Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
Experience managing globally distributed teams
Experience implementing AI and automation to improve operational efficiency
Experience partnering directly with founders and executive teams
