About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Launch and validate a new B2B sales motion in the Polish hotel market
  • Test how hotels buy Hotel Profit Audit and Hotel Profit Management services/solutions
  • Identify real decision-makers, effective messages and channels, and whether a repeatable sales funnel emerges
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, meetings, follow-up, proposals, pilots and eventual closing
  • Report directly to the business owner driving the initiative, with coordination on the BnBerry side
  • Research accounts and identify owners and general managers
  • Book qualified discovery meetings
  • Maintain disciplined, complete CRM records
  • Capture structured market feedback on objections, pricing sensitivity and effective messaging
  • Conduct sustained daily outbound activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
  • Sell to hospitality buyers and progress contacts through conversations, qualified meetings, audit interest, proposals and pilot/contract

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years in B2B sales / business development, with genuine hands-on cold-outbound experience (not inbound-only)
  • Prospecting and independently identifying decision-makers
  • Cold calling
  • Email/LinkedIn outreach
  • Discovery
  • Consultative selling
  • Strong CRM discipline: accurate contacts, clear next steps, call summaries, verified decision-makers
  • Polish: C1 / native — mandatory
  • English: B2+ — mandatory
  • Independent, disciplined, curious, analytical, resilient to rejection
  • Comfortable capturing structured market feedback and explaining own funnel and reasoning
  • Comfortable operating without an established playbook in a fully remote, no-office setup
  • Hospitality / hotel-tech / PMS / channel manager / OTA / revenue-tech background preferred
  • Prior experience selling a new or pre-validated product at MVP / early-stage preferred
  • Russian: B2+ preferred
