About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure US CORE chapter and member success while reporting to the Area Director
- Support growth and ensure members have the referral partners needed to be successful across 9–15 chapters
- Promote membership through prospecting, recruitment, and member retention
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure recurring membership renewals
- Promote chapter growth through operational support, outreach, training, marketing, coaching, and development
- Drive sales growth of BNI events by identifying and requesting event sponsorships
- Routinely visit and engage with chapters outside the home office by attending in-person BNI regional events
- Encourage new member growth, improve member loyalty, increase member lifetime value, and drive new membership sales
- Recruit for new chapters
- Plan and execute regional events aligned with the Area Director’s annual plan
- Identify prospects and engage them with relevant offers
- Manage leadership team selection and training to ensure each chapter has a professional, focused, growth-minded Leadership Team
- Call and welcome new members within two weeks of membership induction
- Manage and train the sales process in each chapter
- Attend regional and CORE team meetings and Support DC training
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting
- Perform additional duties supporting BNI’s core values, vision, and mission
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma/degree or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Superb time management and planning skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Professional work experience in sales preferred
- Experience in territory/account management preferred
- Prior BNI experience preferred
- Sedentary work and ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently or constantly
- Repetitive motion involving substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
