About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build and ship full-stack features for new and existing AI-powered products
Work with clients and product colleagues to understand needs and design solutions
Own technical design of complex system components and make scalable architecture decisions
Use AI tools such as Claude Code daily while maintaining high engineering quality
Balance speed with security, reliability and data protection for enterprise clients
Contribute to engineering practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing
Own problems end to end, from understanding client needs through system design and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Upper mid-level to senior professional software engineering experience
Full-stack experience and willingness to build whatever the problem needs
Strong TypeScript
Experience with a backend language such as Java or C#
System design experience, ideally as the go-to architect for a complex system
Already building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code
Experience discovering client needs and turning them into well-designed solutions
Experience owning problems end to end
Understanding of enterprise client needs
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience building LLM-powered features in production (nice to have)
Experience building software for enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries (nice to have)
