About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs across entities in Estonia and other European countries
Support migration to NetSuite by ensuring financial data accuracy and quality
Contribute to timely month-end and year-end closings with precise reporting and reconciliations
Collaborate with the Finance & Controlling team, local auditors, vendors, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in accounting (AP, AR, or bookkeeping), ideally in a multinational or scaling company
Accounting degree or similar qualification; professional certificates are a plus
Accurate, detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative
Solid skills in bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice management, and payment processing
Fluent in English
Additional languages are welcome
Strong Excel skills
Experience with NetSuite is an advantage, but not required
Based in Estonia and authorised to work here
