About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and launch local operations, focusing on 5-star guest experience, profitability and business growth
Manage and own the budgets and P&Ls for properties in Berlin
Define and scope team goals based on company-wide OKRs and lead the team to deliver exceptional results
Hire, onboard, and offboard team members
Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring standards are met
Build structures that let the team perform independently through clear, measurable goals, coaching team supervisors, and simplifying or automating day-to-day work
Develop cross-functional partnerships, solve problems, and unblock team members while encouraging participation
Act as a role model for Bob W's mission, strategy, and culture
Launch and operate a 285-unit property in Berlin with 24/7 operational coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in multi-property operations or hospitality with P&L ownership
Experience in hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and leading a team
Experience managing external vendors and contracts (cleaning, maintenance, or similar service providers)
A customer service-driven attitude and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively anticipate and address potential issues
The ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple situations simultaneously
Excellent communication and time management skills
Fluency in German and English
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to hospitality apps and operational technology tools
Valid work permit for Germany; no sponsorship required
