About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently lead and manage complex real estate projects, with technical and professional responsibility for new construction, modernization, change of use, and maintenance projects
Act as the external representative of the client and technical project lead for major construction projects
Prepare and coordinate scopes of services, bills of quantities, and contract terms
Fulfill project-related representation responsibilities and manage stakeholders effectively
Define and monitor project objectives and success criteria
Direct and coordinate internal and external partners and all project stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in process planning, construction planning/site supervision, or project management
In-depth knowledge of construction technology and architectural matters
Knowledge of cost, schedule, and quality management
Knowledge of procurement and tendering procedures
Engaged, communicative, team-oriented, and confident when interacting with clients and project partners
Very good German skills (minimum C1/C2 level)
Good written and spoken English skills
Very good command of MS Office
Confident presentation skills and a structured approach to work
