About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and coordinate events, meetups, conferences, workshops, and other activities
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and attendees
- Manage registrations, invitations, guest lists, and event schedules
- Handle event logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assist with event promotion and social media activities
- Coordinate setup, on-site operations, and post-event activities
- Manage budgets, invoices, and event-related expenses
- Build relationships with vendors, event partners, and local communities
- Travel internationally to support events and partnerships across the USA, UK, Asia, Australia, and other markets
- Coordinate with local teams and partners in different countries
- Collect feedback and prepare basic event reports
- Manage multiple events, locations, and deadlines when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with different people, teams, and cultures
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Comfortable traveling to countries including the USA, UK, across Asia, and Australia
- Previous experience in events, marketing, hospitality, community management, or partnerships is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours when required for international events and different time zones
