About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
  • Analyze user acquisition, engagement, job search behavior, application activity, and revenue trends
  • Monitor key business KPIs and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, search performance, retention, and monetization
  • Partner with stakeholders across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email, and Customer Service to answer business questions through data analysis
  • Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Assist in evaluating new initiatives and business opportunities through data-driven analysis
  • Support ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from leadership and business teams
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and executive summaries
  • Serve as an analytical partner for key business leads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-time resident of an eligible U.S. state or territory
  • Prior experience in job platforms, marketplaces, or subscription businesses (good to have)
