About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own all projects under the Video team, with potential expansion into other creative services
Explain and advise on the best project-delivery methodology and educate colleagues and clients on its benefits
Produce project status reports, timelines, scopes of work, estimates, risk-management logs, and financial tracking
Manage department timesheet completion
Champion appropriate deliverable types and skill sets across workstreams
Handle client-facing issue resolution and provide subject-matter expertise
Collaborate with Project Managers to secure appropriate project resources while minimizing impact on existing commitments
Align with department leads on resourcing, budgets, timelines, and project issue resolution
Ensure booked team members understand daily priorities and deliverables
Coordinate daily with UK and US team members to ensure smooth work transitions
Maintain a positive team environment and demonstrate ownership and leadership throughout deliverables
Facilitate resourcing, financial, and contractual elements of projects through delivery
Utilize US-based freelancers and contractors and facilitate shoots as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience within a Creative and Digital agency environment
Confidence leading Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum frameworks/tools
Attention to detail, quality control, and meticulous tracking skills
Forecasting ability and ability to contribute to business-level goals and objectives
Experience with project management tools including Asana, Hive, Jira, and Monday
Collaborative approach to issue resolution and teamwork
Thorough documentation and tracking
Excellent communication skills
Positivity and openness to change and growth
