About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead business analysis activities across technology transformation projects
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to elicit and analyse requirements
- Document business, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions and improvements
- Partner with technical teams, architects and vendors to support solution design and implementation
- Contribute to business cases, solution assessments, procurement activities and vendor evaluations
- Support testing, business readiness and implementation planning
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, solution architects and vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience delivering technology, digital or enterprise transformation projects
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solution outcomes
- Experience working with technical specialists, vendors and project delivery teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
- Experience in one or more of: Identity & Access Management (IAM); Unified Communications and Telephony; Microsoft technology environments, including Teams; End User Computing and workplace technology initiatives; Technology procurement, vendor evaluations and market assessments; Infrastructure, cloud or enterprise technology projects; Healthcare, aged care, community care or other regulated environments
