Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to provide financial, operational and strategic advice, supporting informed decision-making and business performance improvement
Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes with managers and executives to develop accurate financial plans
Deliver management, executive and Board reporting, including performance analysis, trend reporting and statistical insights
Use Microsoft Power BI and IBM Cognos Planning Analytics to analyse large datasets, enhance reporting and identify business opportunities
Conduct scenario modelling, cost-benefit analysis and financial reviews to identify efficiency gains, cost savings and improved business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualifications (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or advisory role, providing financial, operational and strategic support within a fast-paced environment
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience, including preparation of management, executive and Board-level reports
Advanced data analytics and reporting capability, including extensive experience with Power BI, large datasets, data warehouses and advanced Excel skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to provide decision support and partner effectively with senior leaders
Knowledge of IBM Cognos Planning Analytics and experience in complex, multi-site or geographically dispersed service organisations would be highly regarded
