About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead execution and lifecycle management of enterprise learning programs, including intake, design, deployment, and evaluation
Own designated learning initiatives, ensuring scope, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement
Partner with clinical, operational, HR, compliance, legal, and functional stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable learning solutions
Support governance processes, intake prioritization, decision-making, and alignment with enterprise standards and capacity
Contribute to curriculum and program design, learning solution development and delivery, facilitation approaches, and learner experience
Apply learning transfer and effectiveness principles to support engagement, application, and sustained behavior change
Partner with learning technology, LMS, reporting, and digital teams on content deployment, learner targeting, system functionality, and user experience
Coordinate enterprise learning cycles, mandatory training, and large-scale program rollouts
Monitor program metrics and learning data to evaluate effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, pilots, and enhancements, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables
Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs
Research and apply emerging learning practices, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in communications, education, human resource management, or closely related field (required)
5 years’ experience in learning, education, or human resources (required)
