About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for operators and suppliers after deals are signed
  • Provide ongoing supplier support and maintain open communication channels
  • Manage day-to-day updates to supplier contracts, routes, and systems, including enabling or disabling services
  • Own resolution of technical and operational challenges and collaborate with internal teams on backend or system issues
  • Monitor booking statuses and system-generated processes for SLA compliance and timely service delivery
  • Handle manual booking updates, correct inventory discrepancies, and coordinate financial reconciliations with Finance
  • Support suppliers in maintaining accurate content, descriptions, images, and rates
  • Keep internal SOPs and workflows updated and aligned with process changes
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize availability and pricing
  • Respond to internal team inquiries through Zendesk or Slack when supplier coordination is required
  • Collaborate with Supply Business Development, Customer Support, Product, and Finance teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong proficiency in English and Native-level Thai – Mandatory
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in operations, account management, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRM or support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Excel; analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends – Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Preferred
  • Experience in the travel, e-commerce, or mobility industries – Preferred
