Design, build, test, ship, and monitor automations end-to-end

Partner with core Tech and Operations teams when builds need to scale across global infrastructure
Run a feedback loop across frontline operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in operations or process automation
Track record of shipping working tools, not just drawing process maps
Proven expertise with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n
Real-world experience building agentic workflows or tool-augmented AI agents
Strong SQL skills to write queries and extract data independently
Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce
Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, cross-border environment
CV in English
