About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process enrollment, termination, and plan change requests for health and dental plans with insurance carriers.
Analyze operational data, ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy of the information processed.
Support and guide junior analysts in carrying out routine processes and resolving technical questions.
Update member records with insurance carriers through the EB Quiver system and handle support tickets.
Monitor enrollment and account-change, productivity, quality, and SLA metrics.
Map, review, and standardize workflows, proposing continuous improvements.
Reconcile member records and prevent and correct inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the Sales, Client Relations, and Implementation teams.
Provide customer support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience processing enrollment and account changes at an insurance brokerage.
Experience with EB Quiver or equivalent benefits management systems.
Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
