Key responsibilities & impact

Support and enhance Calypso, BOQ Group's core Treasury platform
Provide day-to-day system support and troubleshoot issues
Improve processes and deliver solutions supporting Treasury teams and broader business outcomes
Produce reports and perform testing activities
Contribute to system upgrades, integrations and strategic projects
Collaborate with Treasury and technology professionals, stakeholders and vendor partners
Support critical business operations and future-focused Treasury initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with financial products and Treasury systems
Ideally exposure to Calypso or similar platforms
Background in Treasury operations, financial markets, financial systems support or a related discipline
Ability to analyse information and troubleshoot issues
Strong communication skills
Ability to balance technical detail with business needs
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with vendor partners
Background screening, including identity verification, reference checks, criminal background checks, immigration checks, verification of academic qualifications and bankruptcy checks, as a condition of employment
Must not submit an agency application
