About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead production across Born Social, a social-first creative agency
  • Run complex, multi-market shoots and post-production from start to delivery
  • Troubleshoot on shoot days while maintaining creative quality, timelines, budgets and delivery standards
  • Set and uphold craft standards across productions
  • Partner with Creative and Design to elevate output
  • Ensure compliance, health and safety, and duty of care standards on every shoot
  • Lead production operations by scoping creative into production plans
  • Review and sign off estimates prepared by the Producer team
  • Manage markups and supplier negotiations to protect margins
  • Build and scale the production partner network
  • Develop senior relationships with talent, directors, crews and suppliers
  • Help lead team culture and support direct-report development
  • Review production processes to improve efficiency
  • Travel across the EU and occasionally to the US to run shoots on location

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Accomplished producer with a strong track record in line and agency producing
  • Experience leading productions end-to-end, from scoping and pre-production through post-production and delivery
  • Strong social-first production experience
  • Agency experience across big-name global brands ideally
  • Commercially sharp, including scoping to budgets and reviewing/signing off producer scopes
  • Established network of directors, crews and production partners
  • Knowledge of usage fees, talent contracts and location permits
  • Understanding of on-set compliance, health and safety, and duty of care standards
  • Experience helping lead and develop a team
  • Organised and commercially minded, able to run multiple productions simultaneously
  • Confident presenting to senior clients and running sets on shoot days
  • APA training, such as APA Masterclass or Production Safety Passport, nice to have
  • Experience producing TVC, broadcast, DOOH or longform, nice to have
