About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source and vet creators for brand partnerships based on performance, audience demographics, personality, campaign objectives, and brand strategy
  • Develop clear and inspiring creator briefs translating brand direction into authentic social content opportunities
  • Manage communications with creators and talent agencies from partnership start through delivery
  • Ensure campaign deadlines are met and creator relationships are nurtured
  • Review creator content with internal teams and manage feedback and edits
  • Schedule campaigns for maximum impact
  • Track creator performance and maintain reporting tools
  • Extract learnings and insights for campaign reporting and future recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience delivering creator-led campaigns and working with creators and their representatives, ideally from an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of the current creator landscape, social media trends, and how brands can show up effectively across platforms
  • Comfortable working with creators, talent agencies, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholders across creator campaigns
  • Passion for brands, social media, and evolving digital culture
  • Ability to work standard hours of 9:00am–5:30pm, with occasional work outside these hours
  • New York City, USA location with 3 days in the office per week
