About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead day-to-day operations for client accounts, including timelines and project plans
  • Implement effective ways of working across accounts
  • Manage resource requirements and scheduling
  • Proactively solve commercial and operational challenges and escalate to internal and external stakeholders when required
  • Support administration and management of Projects and Pipeline in Productive
  • Ensure projects are accurately set up, efficiently managed, and regularly reported on
  • Ensure weekly timesheets are updated
  • Report on budget burn-down and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with the central UK Operations team to match skills and experience to briefs and scopes of work
  • Schedule resources for the US team in Productive based on project plans
  • Maintain seamless relationships between internal stakeholders through constant communication and expectation management
  • Track and monitor deliverable progress and identify bottlenecks
  • Work with the team to find solutions to bottlenecks
  • Support the Senior Project Manager with execution as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1.5+ years of experience working in a similar role in an agency setting, ideally in social media delivery
  • Experience with project planning, resource scheduling, budget reporting, and commercial/operational problem-solving
  • Previous experience with a similar tool to Productive and ClickUp would be beneficial
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while keeping systems up-to-date
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive self-starter with adaptability and growth mindset
  • Ability to work outside standard hours on occasion
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office per week
