Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the HR System Product Owner and learn system capabilities to fully utilize the HR systems investment
Collaborate with HR functions to apply business requirements to system configurations and workflows
Provide first-line user support and troubleshoot system issues, engaging IT and vendor support as needed
Lead review, testing, and implementation of quarterly system upgrades or patches
Coordinate application of upgrades or fixes with functional and technical staff
Maintain system tables and document change management processes
Write, maintain, and support reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
Develop standard reports for ongoing needs
Lead functional project coordination to meet requirements and timelines
Monitor and audit transactions for HR data accuracy and integrity
Interface with IT, Finance, and other departments as needed
Conduct independent Proofs of Concept for enhancements or projects
Develop and maintain training and reference materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience working with HR systems with willingness to learn Oracle Fusion
Experience working with confidential and sensitive HR/Payroll information
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Solution oriented with a willingness to suggest process improvements
College degree in HR or a related field, preferred
Strong understanding of HR business practices, previous HR Generalist or Manager experience, preferred
Retail or Hospitality industry experience, preferred
