About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and mentor a portion of the Botrista Regional Account Executive team
  • Implement and enforce rigorous metrics controls to improve sales results and regional performance
  • Set expectations, track performance trends, and address underperformance
  • Conduct team meetings, 1-on-1s, and field-coaching sessions
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet quarterly sales goals and machine placement KPIs
  • Support high-value, complex deals with senior leaders, multi-unit operators, franchise owners, and Food Service Directors
  • Ensure focus on identifying and qualifying high-traffic Ideal Customer Profile locations
  • Enforce Salesforce pipeline discipline and clean data hygiene
  • Monitor pipelines, conversion rates, and sales velocity; provide forecasts and performance updates to leadership
  • Partner with Account Management, Implementation, and Operations on post-sale handoffs
  • Provide field feedback to marketing, engineering, and culinary innovation teams
  • Audit pipeline health, Salesforce data hygiene, and regional performance metrics
  • Establish activity-tracking and CRM standards
  • Master the value proposition, product roadmap, and competitive landscape
  • Implement refined regional sales strategies to accelerate machine installations
  • Establish workflows with Customer Success, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Deliver quarterly forecasts and performance assessments to the CRO
  • Exceed annual machine delivery quotas and KPIs
  • Develop scalable customer acquisition processes and evolve the regional sales playbook and team structure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year college degree required (Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
  • 8+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience, specifically in the Foodservice, Hospitality, or Restaurant Technology industries
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing remote, multi-market account teams or high-performing sales individuals
  • Consistent, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Expert proficiency with Salesforce to manage pipelines, activities, and forecasting required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical ability to translate sales data into strategic growth plans
  • Must reside in the East Coast or Midwest region
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required to support sales opportunities and team alignment
