About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as brand champion and subject-matter expert for assigned deli, QSR, and FSR food concepts
- Ensure brand integrity and maintain good standing through third-party brand audits
- Plan, implement, and support brand programs and promotions
- Collaborate with Marketing on planning and innovation
- Identify growth opportunities using site experience and consumer insights
- Support District Managers and site food teams with food offer programs and marketing initiatives
- Monitor training and support restaurant management teams
- Communicate with district and restaurant managers through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
- Participate in new restaurant installations and operational programs
- Support sites in achieving EBITDA, sales, margin, and shrink goals
- Monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent loss
- Evaluate turnover and develop retention strategies with restaurant management
- Assist Loss Prevention with assignments
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve programs and execution
- Promote safety and communicate safety and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to operational, safety, and regulatory policies
- Perform other duties supporting division and company objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in restaurant, marketing, or operations
- Ability to uphold brand integrity and execute programs
- ServSafe certification or ability to pass
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L, coverage ratio, budget, and expense reports
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Awareness of industry best practices
- Willingness for multi-state travel
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to stand/walk for up to ten hours per day and sit for up to four hours per day
- Ability to operate computer equipment efficiently
- Ability to work within and outside standard business hours in exterior and interior conditions
- Ability to accommodate frequent car travel, overnight stays, and air travel
- Extensive travel, around 80% of work schedule
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
