Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Validated experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar field
  • Experience crafting or delivering reward programmes in a multinational organisation
  • Experience working with senior collaborators and business leaders
  • Experience supporting Works Councils, trade unions or employee representative bodies in Europe
  • Strong analytical, communication and customer management abilities
  • Proficient English
  • Up to 10% travel should be expected
  • Nice to have: Experience within a global or publicly listed organisation
  • Nice to have: Exposure to regional or global reward programmes
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting business change or transformation initiatives
  • Nice to have: HR, Reward or related professional qualification
