About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of reward programmes across multiple European countries
  • Advise on compensation and benefits
  • Partner with collaborators to develop practical reward solutions
  • Support consultations with Works Councils, trade unions and employee representative bodies
  • Use market and workforce data to advise reward decisions
  • Contribute to reward projects and change initiatives
  • Ensure reward programmes remain aligned with local requirements
  • Provide reward governance and advisory support
  • Conduct market analysis and develop reward insights
  • Ensure compliance with local reward and employment requirements
  • Work closely with People & Culture teams, business leaders and employee representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Validated experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar field
  • Experience crafting or delivering reward programmes in a multinational organisation
  • Experience working with senior collaborators and business leaders
  • Experience supporting Works Councils, trade unions or employee representative bodies in Europe
  • Strong analytical, communication and customer management abilities
  • Proficient English
  • Experience within a global or publicly listed organisation (nice to have)
  • Exposure to regional or global reward programmes (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting business change or transformation initiatives (nice to have)
  • HR, Reward or related professional qualification (nice to have)
  • Up to 10% travel should be expected
  • No relocation assistance eligibility
