About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support implementation of agile ways of working across teams and transformation programmes
- Assess current operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and customer engagements
- Design and implement culture and behavioural change initiatives supporting business strategy
- Embed customer-centric thinking into transformation activities and decision-making
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to support adoption and minimise resistance
- Build relationships with customers at all levels and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Conduct leadership assessments and guide leaders through organisational change
- Apply established change management methodologies to transformation initiatives
- Address workforce concerns and support leaders with organisational impacts
- Contribute to organisational design and development activities
- Tailor transformation approaches using knowledge of BP's business environment
- Support strategic planning with insights, recommendations, and lessons learned
- Develop reporting and performance metrics using Excel and other tools
- Work on high-profile projects and contribute to business-shaping decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Validated experience leading large-scale business transformation, organisational change, or enterprise improvement programmes
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrable experience managing sophisticated customer groups and influencing senior leaders
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience designing and delivering culture change and employee engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and standard processes
- Understanding of development, operating model design, and workforce transformation
- Ability to work optimally in sophisticated, matrixed corporate environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Up to 10% travel should be expected
- No relocation assistance; role is not eligible for relocation
