About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Loop-X at hospitals and clinical sites
  • Provide professional technical support both on-site and remotely, guiding users through system operation and troubleshooting
  • Perform system diagnostics, software and hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance and proactive service checks
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor
  • Complete service activities efficiently, accurately and according to Brainlab quality standards and procedures
  • Document installations, maintenance, repairs and other service interventions
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Clinical Support and other internal teams
  • Share technical feedback and contribute ideas to improve products, services and processes
  • Manage home office days independently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar
  • Initial professional experience in technical support, ideally within the healthcare or medical technology sector
  • Experience with X-ray imaging systems and/or scanner technology is a plus
  • Special knowledge in radiation protection is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of IT, computer systems, networking and technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% in your region, including overnight stays and occasional international assignments
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license is required
