About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems such as Loop X and Airo at hospitals and clinical sites
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support, guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation
  • Conduct diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks to ensure optimal device functionality
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and foster strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
  • Support product launches by coordinating setup, testing, and user onboarding
  • Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
  • Ideally first experience in technical support, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Familiar with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology (a plus)
  • Strong IT, networking, and troubleshooting skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • High willingness to travel national (up to 80%), with the possibility of occasional international assignments
  • Confident use of MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license
