About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in the region, Spain, partly Portugal and other European countries
  • Provide after-sales service for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis, service, maintenance and repairs
  • Act as the technical Brainlab representative to customers by communicating efficiently, understanding problems and responding appropriately
  • Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services
  • Familiarize customers, such as physicist teams, with Brainlab products
  • Provide full service satisfaction to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or equivalent
  • Very good knowledge in the field of informatics
  • Experience diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking topics
  • Good knowledge of linear accelerators is an advantage
  • Prior experience in service/maintenance in the field of robotics and/or electro mechanics
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, written and spoken
  • Excellent social, team-work and self-management skills
  • Willingness to travel around 80% of the time
  • Ability to work independently
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
