About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary forecasting and planning owner for the Enterprise channel, partnering with Sales and Account Management to translate pipeline and account-level signals into demand forecasts
- Own forecasting methodology and assumptions feeding the overall revenue forecast across DTC, Enterprise, Amazon, and Wholesale
- Build and maintain BigQuery-based data pulls
- Automate recurring reporting and forecasting workflows
- Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and reduce manual, spreadsheet-dependent processes
- Represent planning in cross-functional forecast reviews with Sales, Finance, and Product
- Translate business context into planning assumptions and vice versa
- Partner with Product Development on demand forecasting for new product launches
- Build forecast logic for products without historical sell-through
- Own lifecycle management strategy, including discontinuation timing and overstock/understock risk
- Identify and implement improvements to forecasting models, planning cadences, and tools
- Contribute ad hoc analysis for assortment, channel investment, and inventory strategy decisions
- Support goals for MAPE, in-stock rate, DIO, and average parcel zone
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of experience in demand planning, merchandising planning, or forecasting
- Prior experience in a formal planner-type role ideally
- Experience with B2B/non-DTC planning is a strong asset
- Ability to operate strategically and upstream, building a point of view on forecast assumptions
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort presenting forecasts and recommendations to non-planning stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Comfortable writing and optimizing SQL / BigQuery queries
- Track record of automating manual, repetitive planning processes
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
- Advanced Excel experience with complex modeling
- Python or similar scripting experience is a strong asset
- NPI forecasting or product lifecycle management experience is a bonus
