Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Product Owner in organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing the team’s demands
Assist in defining business requirements and preparing functional documentation
Contribute to the preparation of executive materials, presentations, and management reports
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog management
Identify and resolve impediments affecting the team’s deliverables
Communicate with business, technology, vendors, and partners
Track outstanding items and support the fulfillment of the team’s commitments
Align timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables among the areas involved
Track technical demands and system integrations
Organize documentation, evidence, and records for audits, compliance, and governance
Contribute to coordinating testing, user acceptance testing, and delivery validations
Manage and monitor contracts, vendors, and payments
Support the receipt, review, and approval of invoices
Support hiring, contract renewals, and vendor management
Seek opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency
Identify automation and improvement opportunities to reduce manual activities
Propose innovative solutions to the area’s challenges
