About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Risk Management team.
- Manage Corporate Risk, including the integrated view of the Risk Matrix and Risk Appetite.
- Report to Brasilprev’s Risk Committee.
- Anticipate threats and minimize the impact of risks on business results.
- Ensure transparency regarding risks, mitigation actions, and opportunities in the decision-making process.
- Promote and strengthen the risk management culture.
- Implement risk management policies, procedures, processes, information systems, and methodologies.
- Integrate assumed risks to assess the risk profile and calculate the internal risk capital model.
- Coordinate the Corporate Stress Test and ORSA management.
- Manage the operational loss database (BDPO) and forward-looking operational risk assessment.
- Develop risk dashboards for each business vertical, including KPIs.
- Monitor emerging, strategic, and reputational corporate risks.
- Prepare Risk Management explanatory notes for the Financial Statements.
- Participate in senior management forums and report on key topics on the risk agenda.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience leading corporate risk management teams.
- Experience with risk assessment models and methodologies.
- Experience with risk management and internal control systems (COSO ERM / ISO 31000).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Specialization in Risk Management, Financial Management, and/or Modeling is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
