About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop detailed project plans for high-level and critical jobs with dealer partners
  • Coordinate relevant departments and ensure alignment on timelines and execution
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive internal and external project communication
  • Collect and analyze data from large projects to enhance Customer Experience
  • Manage large projects and accounts at the order stage for government and private businesses in Canadian and/or USA markets
  • Manage projects from order placement through installation across North America
  • Provide insights, guidance, and timely updates to large dealer partners
  • Conduct site visits and review on-site concerns in Canada and the USA
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Track progress and continually update project plans
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop creative solutions, project proposals, and BID packages with the BRC Sales Team, dealers, and outside designers
  • Lead collaborative teams of engineering, design, and sales stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a post-secondary institution, preferably in business, interior design, architecture, or a related field
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • 1-3 years of relevant Project Management Experience
  • Ability to create detailed project schedules, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and adjust plans as needed
  • Ability to lead and facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues
  • Ability to track project performance using key metrics and prepare status updates
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to achieve results and make correct decisions
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a changing environment
  • Ability to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to promote cooperation and foster unified project teams
