About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts
Stock and rotate shelves
Build displays
Manage POS materials
Conduct store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes
Build rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities
Share feedback with sales team members to identify brand/category opportunities
Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
Communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities
Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol products and conduct safe, responsible interactions with the public
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

21 years or older to apply
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
Able to work occasional weekends
Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds
Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach
Frequently climb up and down a ladder
Regularly lift 45-65 lbs.
Prefer HS Diploma or equivalent (optional preference, not required)
