About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate orthopedic bracing product logistics and replenishment
  • Maintain inventory levels at assigned accounts and manage inventory transfers and reconciliation
  • Remove and process expired, damaged, or unsellable products
  • Provide customers with inventory management support, including ordering and returning products
  • Communicate delivery estimates and timely updates
  • Support order fulfillment and ensure account documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain product displays, storage areas, and inventory spaces according to standards
  • Provide onsite support for product recalls, audits, and field communication initiatives
  • Complete inventory counts and support reconciliation and compliance
  • Prepare, compile, and submit insurance billing documentation
  • Review pending claims, retrieve missing customer information, identify documentation trends, and escalate deficiencies
  • Use PowerBI, Breg Vision, and the Breg Claims System to support operations and billing outcomes
  • Follow Breg policies, SOPs, HIPAA, and FDA requirements
  • Collaborate with Solution Team, Sales, and Field Operations to resolve account issues
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain professionalism, privacy, and accuracy in all interactions
  • Promote Breg’s culture through storytelling, focused feedback, and recognition

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, inventory, or supply chain role, or other related service-oriented work required
  • Computer proficiency, including web browser/internet search, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work variable start/end times outside 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • On-call availability may be required, including nights and weekends
  • Domestic travel up to 80% and minimal out-of-state travel of 5%
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
