About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work a full sales pipeline, following up on inbound clinic leads and proactively prospecting new accounts
- Run discovery calls with CEOs and COOs of enterprise clinic groups
- Move deals through a 6–8 week sales cycle and maintain momentum between conversations
- Deliver tailored product demos tied to operators' workflows, compliance pressure points, and documentation challenges
- Build and maintain a clean CRM pipeline and forecast accurately week over week
- Flag risks early so problems are solved before deals slip
- Close new business and hand off new partners with sufficient context for a strong relationship
- Bring field intelligence, including objections, priorities, and buyer language, back to the team
- Shape how Brellium sells and what it builds through customer insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to translate a technical product's value into business terms for clinical directors and C-suite operators who aren't technical buyers
- Skilled at running structured discovery — diagnosing pain, qualifying budget and authority, and mapping a decision process in a single conversation
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build a talk track or outbound approach when there's no existing playbook for a new vertical or persona
- Genuinely responsive to coaching; feedback gets applied within the week
- Ability to travel occasionally (1–2× per quarter)
- Prior experience selling into healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance-adjacent buyers is a bonus
- Startup experience at the Series A–B stage is a bonus
- Experience selling to multi-location or multi-site organizations with complex buying committees is a bonus
- Familiarity with insurance reimbursement, clinical documentation, or audit and compliance workflows is a bonus
- Current NYC location or willingness to relocate is required, unless otherwise specified
- Work authorization in the US is addressed in the application
