About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the enterprise product end-to-end, including discovery, definition, build, launch, and post-launch follow-through
  • Own the customer-facing web app, notifications service, reporting, API, and permissions
  • Decide what to build or buy for EMR integrations and make new integrations more configurable
  • Lead large enterprise implementations and remain accountable for time-to-value
  • Productize smaller implementations by replacing manual steps, spreadsheets, and one-off scripts
  • Work closely with engineering on integrations, data models, and permissions
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and implementation teams on live accounts
  • Bring customer and provider insights into the product roadmap
  • Understand provider and administrator workflows before proposing solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6+ years in product at a B2B SaaS company with a genuinely high product bar, with demonstrated shipped work
  • Deep experience working with an engineering organization
  • Comfortable in technical discussions on APIs, integrations, and data
  • Experience owning products with real customers and consequences, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementation
  • Clear, concise communication across engineering, GTM, and customers
  • Ability to learn domains quickly and willingness to go deep
  • Ability to balance intuition and data and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Technical proficiency sufficient to prototype, query databases, or read code
  • Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations preferred
  • Background in delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product roles preferred
  • Must work in the US; application asks about current or future sponsorship to work in the US
  • Current NYC location or willingness to relocate is required unless otherwise specified
