About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the regional marketing strategy for North America
- Align with global teams on brand, digital, paid media, email, and events
- Manage and develop one regional marketer and potentially grow the team
- Translate business objectives into marketing programs involving events, digital, ABM, PR, and content
- Set clear pipeline and revenue impact targets
- Own an approximately €1M regional marketing budget
- Track ROI and report pipeline contribution to senior leadership
- Drive ABM strategies with Sales for key accounts and strategic verticals
- Build brand awareness through speaking opportunities, sponsored events, local partnerships, and client advocacy
- Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline targets and joint go-to-market plans
- Report directly to the VP Enterprise Marketing
- Collaborate in a dotted-line capacity with Pro segment leadership to align North American regional marketing strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in marketing management or cross-functional campaign coordination in a global environment
- Business-minded marketer comfortable owning pipeline numbers alongside Sales
- Strategic and hands-on campaign and event execution experience
- Proven experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
- Comfortable operating across time zones and reporting lines based outside the US
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment
- Strategic, 360° view of the marketing mix
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
- Deep expertise in online channels, including email, webinars, and social
- Deep expertise in offline channels, including events and community
- Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles
- Native English
- French and/or other European languages are a plus
- Knowledge of the MarTech industry is a strong plus
