About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead responsible AI, automation, data, and technology solutions improving operations, reporting, and firm performance
- Maintain existing AI agents and help develop and deploy new agents and automation
- Evaluate manual and fragmented processes and build integrated workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and internal platforms
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and ad hoc analyses for operations, HR, marketing, and leadership
- Own HubSpot data quality and governance
- Identify cross-practice AI, data, and technology initiatives
- Maintain operational forecasts and develop advanced reporting
- Share weekly Starts/Ends and Go-Get reporting and improve the report
- Analyze consultant utilization, capacity, availability, and resource metrics
- Translate operational data into insights, trends, risks, and recommended actions
- Support consultant staffing, development, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and talent data maintenance
- Partner with market leaders to improve operational consistency, address risks, and support strategic priorities
- Assess project requirements and balance client needs with consultant capabilities, availability, and development goals
- Promote consistent operations across markets and implement tools, workflows, and reporting practices
- Contribute to firmwide strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience using AI and automation to improve business processes, internal operations, or knowledge-based work
- Some experience developing AI agents, automated workflows, or multi-step business-process solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or Claude
- Experience with business data, including data quality, governance, reporting, and process management
- Experience supporting CRM data hygiene and adoption, preferably within HubSpot
- Analytical capabilities and some experience developing forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, or management reporting
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executives, internal leaders, consultants, and candidates
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, personal integrity, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Team-oriented and motivated to support firmwide strategic initiatives
- Bonus: Exposure to SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot administration, process management, or data governance
- Bonus: Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, or NetSuite reporting
- Bonus: Experience integrating data or processes across HubSpot, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, NetSuite, or similar business platforms
- Bonus: Accounting, finance, or Financial Operations experience
- Bonus: Experience supporting consultant staffing, development, onboarding, or resource planning
- Bonus: 3+ years progressive accounting and finance experience as a consultant in a consulting firm
- Bonus: 1+ years’ experience as a resource manager or an internal operations manager in a consulting firm
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
