About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide oversight and leadership to multiple client engagements and delivery team members
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements as engagement lead, ensuring client and consultant success
- Deliver successful projects and solutions, resolve issues, negotiate, and build trusting client relationships
- Manage $2M-$3M in annual project revenue
- Serve as a billable resource on projects as required
- Ensure engagement management processes and standards are followed with the Financial Operations PMO
- Serve as the first point of escalation for assigned projects and consultants
- Lead at least one strategic initiative annually for the local practice
- Participate in networking and business development activities
- Meet prospects, define scope and resources, and write Statements of Work and proposals
- Expand current projects, targeting more than $500,000 in additional revenue
- Achieve agreed-upon revenue targets
- Manage and support assigned consultants
- Provide real-time feedback to consultants
- Manage/direct up to 6-10 direct reports, including goal setting and career pathing
- Assist with consultant interviewing
- Lead training and development initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience
- CPA or other certification desired
- Excellent communication skills to present to executive level clients, internal management and candidates
- Ability to assess a person’s experience and qualifications to match to Bridgepoint team
- Self-starter and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and impeccable integrity
- Team-oriented with a desire to support the firm’s strategic initiatives
- Exceptional ability to quickly develop strong relationships with team members, clients and candidates
- Proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience managing multiple projects and relationships while meeting critical deadlines
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
