Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability during Brightline's peak hours, 2pm to 7pm
  • A Master's degree and active associate level licensure (LMSW)
  • Completion of the National Examinations (ASWB)
  • Foundation in CBT and related interventions for anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and similar presentations
  • Commitment to expanding CBT knowledge and experience alongside ERP, DBT, PMT, and ACT
  • Strong knowledge of current clinical research and commitment to staying current on empirical advancements
  • Clear understanding of and deep commitment to ethical standards of care
  • Learner's mindset and willingness to work with families with kids ages 2 to 18
  • Previous experience providing care both in person and virtually preferred
  • Must be located in the United States and continue permanent residency in the United States
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
