Key responsibilities & impact

Work the compensation question queue daily, diagnosing missing deals, target corrections, and headcount and revenue discrepancies
Resolve compensation issues directly where possible and route others to Systems, Analytics, or Accounting with supporting evidence
Close the loop with employees who raised compensation questions
Run monthly turnover for sales compensation trackers, including building each month, refreshing rosters, loading targets, multipliers, and accelerator thresholds
Quality-assure formulas and roll-ups before managers and representatives access the trackers
Monitor automated daily data-health alerts and investigate warnings or failures to root cause
Verify fixes after subsequent data refreshes
Investigate Salesforce data issues affecting compensation credit, including duplicate records, wiped dates, and miscoded fields
File and track system tickets and maintain a log of defect patterns
Apply mid-month roster changes, including prorated targets for exits, transfers, promotions, leave returns, and time off
Maintain rep self-service tools such as payout calculators, deal-status lookup, and chatbot
Identify incorrect AI-tool answers for correction

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in a recurring, accuracy-critical operations role such as commissions or incentive operations, payroll, billing or revenue operations, finance operations, or similar reconciliation-heavy work
Experience owning a high-volume request queue or ticket intake with response-time expectations
Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar for analysis, formulas, lookups, and drafting
Hands-on experience with large, formula-heavy Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheets and debugging others' models
Experience reconciling data between a CRM or system of record and a downstream report, and explaining discrepancies
Experience working remotely with teams in different time zones, communicating primarily in writing
Direct sales commission or variable pay administration experience is an advantage
Experience building a simple AI workflow or automation is an advantage
SQL or AI-assisted SQL against a data warehouse is an advantage
Experience writing or rewriting SOPs is an advantage
Must reside in the Philippines
Must be available and comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
