About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead multiple high-complexity, cross-functional GTM initiatives driving acquisition, adoption, expansion, and retention for Education and Curriculum products
  • Own Education GTM initiatives and new go-to-market motions from opportunity identification and audience positioning through channel strategy, sales enablement, launch, and performance measurement
  • Identify growth opportunities using customer insights, performance data, and market trends
  • Develop strategies and business cases to bring opportunities to market
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement on messaging, training, processes, and resources
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, events, lifecycle programs, and ecommerce initiatives
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with Finance and Analytics
  • Establish operating rhythms, metrics, systems, and AI-driven automation
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, course-correct, and escalate risks with recommendations
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to teams, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience across go-to-market strategy, growth, marketing, business operations, strategy and operations, or a related function
  • Experience preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Experience leading complex, ambiguous, cross-functional GTM, growth, or business operations initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Ability to determine how to achieve business goals with limited instruction or supervision and deliver measurable results
  • Experience building programs that improve revenue, conversion, acquisition, adoption, expansion, retention, or operational performance
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to structure complex problems and develop strategic recommendations
  • Understanding of sales strategy, marketing execution, customer lifecycle management, ecommerce, or subscription-based business models
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other functions without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience incorporating AI tools to improve efficiency and create scalable, repeatable processes
  • Track record of taking GTM initiatives from idea to launched, measured programs with meaningful results
  • Experience building a GTM function, motion, or playbook from scratch
  • Demonstrated use of AI to automate recurring workflows
  • Ability to adapt communication style for sales representatives and executives
  • Customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving problems for educators, administrators, and families
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
