Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet defined quality standards
Define project scope, milestones, schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and success criteria with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams
Align and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and product management
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and change requests; ensure timely resolution and escalation
Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
Monitor and report project progress using KPIs, dashboards, project plans, RAID logs, and executive status updates
Facilitate technical discussions bridging business requirements with engineering solutions
Champion continuous improvement, delivery predictability, process optimization, and adherence to governance, documentation, quality, and security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 15 years of experience managing complex technology projects and programs, including significant leadership of cross-functional IT delivery initiatives
Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
SDLC and release management
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Microservices architecture
API integration
CI/CD pipelines
DevOps automation tools
Containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
Enterprise application integration
