Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and measurable business outcomes
Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and success criteria
Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and operating rhythms for cross-functional teams
Drive revenue forecasting, SOW creation, scope tracking, and P&L management to meet financial targets and business objectives
Facilitate project planning, status reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings
Identify delivery risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve blockers
Manage dependencies across teams, projects, and third-party partners
Optimize delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to improve team effectiveness, quality, and operational readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 15 years of experience in delivery and program management, including significant leadership of complex, cross-functional projects in technology-driven environments
Advanced expertise in program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches
Revenue forecasting and financial management for large-scale programs
Statement of Work (SOW) creation and scope tracking
P&L management and project financials
Business case development for technology-driven initiatives
Project analytics and delivery metrics reporting
Experience with delivery management tools including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology preferred
PMP certification preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred
Experience with large-scale digital, cloud, data, or enterprise technology transformation programs preferred
Vendor and strategic partner management in complex delivery environments preferred
Advanced proficiency in design thinking and innovation frameworks preferred
Implementation of operational readiness and compliance processes preferred
Expertise in change control preferred
