About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define clients' digital strategy and execution roadmap
- Design and implement differentiated digital solutions delivering measurable value
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications
- Build scalable frontend experiences with ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Develop backend APIs and microservices with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js
- Architect AWS cloud-native solutions with containerized platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring
- Own features end to end from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews
- Drive testing, security, observability, performance, and engineering excellence
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders
- Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs
- Lead technical initiatives and guide teams through delivery execution
- Manage dependencies, sprint commitments, release quality, and production readiness in distributed Agile teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Strong backend development in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, REST, gRPC, and Thrift
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis
- Strong AWS experience, including ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD, including CircleCI
- Experience with unit, integration, API, and UI testing using Jest/Cypress
- Experience with observability and monitoring using Datadog and CloudWatch
- Understanding of networking and security fundamentals, including DNS, authentication, encryption, and secure API design
- Familiarity with Gemini, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Agile/Scrum
- Ability to independently deliver complex technical initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
- No visa sponsorship is available for this role
- Nice-to-have experience with event-driven architecture, Kafka, AWS EventBridge, SQS, Databricks, Airflow, Temporal, Elasticsearch, design systems, monorepos, Bazel, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, SaaS, PropTech, or geographically distributed teams
