Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
  • No visa sponsorship is available for this role
  • ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, hooks, and functional components
  • Backend development in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js
  • APIs, microservices, distributed systems, REST, gRPC, Thrift, and Koa
  • System design, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization
  • Relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis
  • AWS, including ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD with CircleCI
  • Unit, integration, API, and UI testing with Jest and Cypress
  • Observability and monitoring with Datadog and CloudWatch
  • Networking and security fundamentals, including DNS, authentication, encryption, and secure API design
  • AI-assisted engineering tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot
  • Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Ability to independently own complex technical initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, mentoring, and leadership skills
